You Tube has announced that Nigerian artists and creators will apply for grants from its fund for black voices. For the next three years , the global $100 million fund will give funding to black artists and developers so that they can succeed on You Tube. 

According to Alex Okosi, Managing Director of Emerging Markets, Black Voices Fund, You Tube EMEA will invest in the presentation of new tunes that highlight the intellectual strength, authenticity, integrity and joy of black voices as welded voices.
