A warehouse situated in Gwagwalada in the Federal Capital Territory , Abuja, was stormed by residents in search of COVID-19 palliatives.

Rice, semovita, macaroni, spaghetti, sugar , salt, and fertilizer are among the looted objects.

The warehouse, located near the office of the West African Review Council (WAEC), is said to contain Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) products.

The youths had broken into a warehouse in the Jabi district near the code of conduct tribunal earlier on Sunday.

The looters defied the presence of soldiers and policemen with various bagged objects and stationery.

The looters also targeted another warehouse in the industrial region of Idu. Although the looters were unable to lay their hands on COVID-19 palliatives, the destruction of windows and door frames vandalized the place.
